In my many years as a touring musician and the endless places I have been I have seen poverty, acts of violence and hate. I have also met and observed a broad spectrum of people. From the kindest to the most cruel of beings. From the most caring to those who would rather do nothing and just watch others suffer. Those who give and those who get. Not only have I been acquainted with these people, but I too, at one time or another, became every single type of person. Looking inward I have decided the kind of person that I want to define myself as.

With that I have decided to take the month of January off from touring with NeverShoutNever and focus on myself and my health. I want to get in the best shape of my life, eat healthy, and exercise. I want to focus mentally, help others, and spread what I have learned from my friends in NSN: peace, love, and friendship. I want to learn from, as well as take with me aspects of each member in the NSN crew: The generosity of Mr. Drew, the warmth and faith of The Denison, the innocence of Nathan, Nicks ability to make people laugh, the easy going nature of Hayden, the light heartedness of Taylor, the perseverance of Hansel, Big Kat’s loyalty, Denton’s resourcefulness, Carter’s kindness, and Jeremy’s ability to calm.

So how did Loves come to be? Well, I have noticed that everyone on our bus wears flip-flops religiously. Nothing special, just an observation. We are a traveling circus of hippies and I am proud of that, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. As a result, I’ve decided to take all the best aspects of our crew and use them to drive an organization. One that creates a product that my family away from home all uses and shares in common, then share that with you, and give something back to those who need it. To heal myself, my friends, you, and the world. It’s my step towards peace. The flips-flops are still in development and I hope to have them for sale within the next couple months, but I want to start spreading the message. Thanks for your help.
